FAQs about Aquila NLP and Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Where are the courses held?
We deliver training at a wide variety of locations, a list of the venues we use can be supplied on request.

Remember, if you prefer to have “in house” training, or want to provide a suitable venue yourself, then this will significantly reduce your costs.

Can you recommend overnight accommodation?
Most of our venues have on site accommodation at a reasonable cost. If not, we can recommend suitable accommodation within close proximity. Contact our Admin. Section for further advice.

Who are the Trainers?
All of our courses are delivered by a team of professional trainers, highly qualified as NLP master practitioners, certified ITA Trainers, experienced and successful coaches.

How do I book my course?
Booking an event with Aquila could not be easier. Simply select a method that is easy for you; book your course by telephone; fax; e-mail; on-line or by post.

How do I pay?
Once again you can pay by the easiest method for you. We accept cheques or bank transfers. If you prefer to pay by instalments or credit card we are happy to arrange this for you.

How do I arrange a coaching session or private consultation?
Call us and we will organise a personal session or coaching programme to suit your needs. We will be happy to arrange a time to fit in with you, including evenings or weekends if you prefer and at a venue which is most convenient for you.

What should I wear and bring with me?
Our courses are meant to be fun and relaxing as well as informative. We have no specific dress code but most people wear casual clothing. We will supply you with all training materials that you need and most of our courses also include lunch and refreshments.

How many people attend the courses?
Aquila ensures that each of our delegates receive personal attention and sufficient time for practice and feedback, in order to obtain the very best training possible. We therefore strictly limit delegate numbers, this usually means group sizes do not exceed 12 people.

What time do courses start and finish?
Most of our events start at 9:30am but we would like our delegates to arrive 15 minutes before we start to meet each other over coffee. Events usually finish at approximately 4.30 pm. We are flexible in order to accommodate the needs of the group.

How much does the training cost?
Costs vary according to the content and style of each event, details are provided on our Course Schedules page.

Take a look at our Special Offers page because we offer significant discounts for booking early and we also have some free places on our courses for those on benefits and low incomes.

Do you allow interpreters to accompany delegates?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide interpreters or sign language interpreters. However, we are more than happy for delegates to arrange and bring their own interpreters providing you call us in advance to discuss.

What provisions are made for people with mobility difficulties?
All our venues are accessible to the public and where possible we use facilities and classroom that have easy access for those with mobility difficulties.

Are large print versions of handouts and other materials available?
As long as a request is made in advance, we can provide large print versions of all handouts and other relevant materials.

Can you provide training in Welsh?
Yes. For our Welsh customers, all courses can be delivered in Welsh. However, this should be requested in advance.
